We’re excited to take your business to a higher level.
Vanessa has a background in accounting, and after the birth of their first child, she decided to start her own accounting firm. Terrance was fully bought-in to Vanessa’s idea, and began to bring her insight from his own work – he got to see the impact of culture and processes in his role running multi-million dollar critical infrastructure projects.
Now, they are combining their operational & financial experience to bring the highest-quality compliance and tax consulting to cannabis-based businesses through Butler CFO & Tax.

- Terrance is OSHA certified and has been a Quality Assurance professional for the last decade – so when we say he knows his compliance stuff, we mean it!
- Plus, he has experience in ASTM standards as well!
- Vanessa is pursuing her Master’s of Accountancy and plans to use her knowledge to help others expand personally & professionally.
- Because we’re 100% remote, we’re available to help you no matter where you are in the U.S.!
