Vanessa leads the accounting and tax side of the firm. She holds four degrees, one in mathematics and three in the sciences. She has trained thousands of bookkeepers and business owners on their books, including thousands of women learning to run their own businesses, and clients know her for being direct, accurate, and easy to work with.

Outside client work she gives her time to volunteer work and to multiple nonprofits, which is part of why nonprofits are a natural fit for the firm.

Terrance Butler

COO, operations and financial strategy

Terrance runs operations and financial strategy. Before the firm, he spent about ten years on teams that delivered mission-critical infrastructure, hyperscale data centers and utility-scale solar, most recently as Quality and Cx Program Manager on Meta’s Altoona and Eagle Mountain data center campuses.

He has worked as a fractional operations manager and COO for small service businesses, and has two years and counting in nonprofit operations. He brings the same standard to your books: every number should trace back to something real.
